Description
The Modern Flames Orion Slim Series is a line of linear electric fireplaces engineered for recessed or wall-mounted installation in residential and light commercial interior applications. The series is designed around a slim-profile firebox to accommodate installations where wall cavity depth is limited, while maintaining a wide linear viewing area.
All Orion Slim models operate as electric fireplaces and do not require gas connections, venting, or combustion air. Flame presentation is produced using Heliovision™ Flame Technology, which utilizes layered LED lighting to generate multi-dimensional flame effects. Integrated lighting systems allow independent adjustment of flame and ember bed illumination as supported by the control system.
Each model includes an integrated electric heater rated at 5,000 BTU for supplemental zone heating where permitted. Installation configurations include fully recessed flush-mount installations within framed wall openings or surface wall-mounted installations using manufacturer-approved hardware. Final installation dimensions, framing requirements, electrical specifications, and clearances must be verified against the individual model specification sheets prior to rough-in.
