Description

The Empire Boulevard 48" See-Through Vent Free Linear Gas Fireplace is a built-in, zero-clearance gas fireplace designed to provide a continuous flame view through both sides of an interior wall. Its contemporary linear burner delivers up to 36,000 BTU and is available in dedicated Natural Gas and Propane configurations. Because it is vent free, no chimney or exterior vent is required, but installation must meet local requirements for vent-free appliances and combustion air.

The included thermostat variable remote control provides flame and temperature adjustment, while the intermittent pilot system includes an AC adaptor and battery backup components. Two fine-mesh barrier screens and the required non-combustible installation panels are included. Decorative media is sold separately, while an optional black porcelain liner, driftwood log set, accent lighting kit, and matte black fronts allow the finished appearance to be customized.

  • Customizable Interior – Supports approved decorative glass, glass drops, ceramic fiber rocks, and an optional driftwood log set.
  • Optional Accent Lighting – The available 120V lighting kit adds illumination beneath the decorative media and requires a separate switch or rheostat.
