Description

The Empire Boulevard 60" Built In Vent Free Gas Fireplace is a contemporary linear gas fireplace featuring a 60-inch by 12-inch viewing area and a fully recessed burner for an unobstructed flame presentation. Designed for zero-clearance built-in installation, it uses vent-free operation and is available in dedicated Natural Gas and Propane models. Multicolor LED underlighting beneath the decorative media adds adjustable illumination across the firebox.

The Boulevard 60 delivers up to 40,000 BTU with Natural Gas or 38,500 BTU with Propane. Its included thermostat variable remote control adjusts flame height through six intensity levels, while in-wall controls manage the LED lighting. Decorative crushed glass is required for installation, with optional Black Reflective Glass or Stainless Steel liners, a 6-piece driftwood log and rock set, and matte black decorative fronts available to customize the finished fireplace.
