Description

The Empire Boulevard 72" Built In Vent Free Gas Fireplace is the largest model in the Boulevard linear series, featuring an expansive 72-inch by 12-inch viewing area and a fully recessed burner that creates a wide, unobstructed flame presentation. Designed for zero-clearance built-in installation, this contemporary vent-free fireplace is available in dedicated Natural Gas and Propane configurations and features multicolor LED underlighting beneath the decorative media.

The Boulevard 72 delivers up to 40,000 BTU with Natural Gas or 38,500 BTU with Propane. An included thermostat variable remote control provides six flame-height settings, while the integrated lighting system allows the firebox presentation to be customized. Decorative crushed glass is required for installation, with optional Black Reflective Glass or Stainless Steel liners, a 6-piece driftwood log and rock set, and matte black decorative fronts available to complete the installation.
